All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship to:

  • European Union countries

  • 🌍 Selected international destinations

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on destination:

  • Italy: 7–14 business days

  • EU Countries: 7–14 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Selected shipping method

We may offer free shipping promotions within Italy or the EU on qualifying orders.

5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For orders outside the European Union:

  • Damaged during transit
