1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The shawl must not show signs of wear, damage, or washing

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and luxury product standards, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged after delivery.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the provided return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you via email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
